Friederike Grace, a trained goldsmith from Germany, has recently settled in her permanent home in Tullaroan, County Kilkenny. Her mastery of traditional goldsmithing techniques, combining inspiration drawn from everyday life, nature, and history, allows her to create extraordinary jewellery pieces. She primarily works with silver and gold, but will occasionally incorporate branches, shells, or personal items, transforming them into pieces filled with emotional significance for her clients. These bespoke creations capture the owner’s intention and become cherished heirlooms.
Friederike is committed to ethical practices in her craft, using sustainably sourced materials for her jewellery. She consciously selects gemstones, ensuring their origin and the mining process observe ethical standards. This commitment adds an extra layer of value to her creations, providing customers not only with beautiful jewellery but also with the knowledge that their purchase aligns with their values. In addition to her original designs, Friederike also specialises in remodelling old jewellery.
